As the Director, Enterprise ERP Program Management, you will play a key leadership role as NetApp transitions to a Cloud ERP application architecture across Finance, Supply Chain Operations, and IT.   We are seeking someone who will be able to approach and manage a multi-year, global transformation from a legacy on-premises ERP application suite to a Cloud, SaaS based environment.   The implementation program is highly strategic and will include the modernization and simplification of a variety of Finance and Supply Chain processes.  This individual will have responsibility for executive engagement, change management and communications, overall coordination of various sub-tracks, and reporting with key leadership stakeholders.  This role will report to the VP, Business Process Transformation.
Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities 
•    Lead the global program management function for the Cloud ERP implementation.  Work with senior leadership across Finance, Global Operations & Supply Chain, IT, Managed Service Providers, and HR to drive a large-scale multi-phase implementation that transforms and simplifies NetApp’s business processes.
•    Monitor overall program execution to ensure fulfillment of objectives (e.g., process transformation, technical, cost, schedule, quality, performance).  Lead project resources, directly or indirectly, such as project managers, third party vendors, Business Process Architects, integration & testing teams
•    Facilitate the development and implementation of program governance metrics (e.g., overall status, sub-track monitoring, simplification success milestones, IT integration/testing, business user acceptance testing, phased go-live transitions, change management execution, program investments).
•    Establish strong collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Data Management teams, developing capability roadmaps and executable phased implementation milestones. 
•    Overall awareness of broader large scale transformation efforts withing Commerce, Go-to-Market, Service, and Financial Planning functions.  Identify interlocks, risks, and opportunities across multiple parallel projects both within and outside the Cloud ERP initiative. 
•    Deliver results through influence and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and team members.  Ensure documentation of standard operating procedures to ensure newly simplified processes are understood and properly implemented in a production environment
•    Promote a culture of accountability and teamwork across all functions engaged in our program efforts. Develop working relationships with internal and external customers and foster positive relationships across all functions.  

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess enterprise level program leadership experience for products or services related companies of appropriate scale (>$3 billion in revenue), ideally through a period of expansion and transformation.  Prior large scale application implementation experience within Finance and Operations domains, utilizing best practices PMO methodologies and templates.  Characteristics that contain a  natural bias for action, and a keen ability to influence across / up / down an organization.

•    15+ years of experience across functional and program management-oriented roles
•    Ability to lead through collaboration and influence versus authority
•    Balance a strong strategic point of view with the ability to listen, adapt, and bring others along.  Ability to assimilate and respectfully coordinate various cultural gaps
•    Experience in core program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and applying Lean or continuous improvement principles to optimize outcomes
•    Strong conceptual command of Enterprise Architecture, Master Data Management and End to End process flow, with experience working with IT to document and implement appropriate systems / business requirements
•    Manages change through effective communication and influence, capable of driving major decisions across a diverse set of internal stakeholders 
•    Able to work up, down, and across large organizations, with awareness on how to position communications and presentations tailored to the audience
•    Demonstrated experience in change management
•    A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual able to motivate themselves and others.  


•    Bachelor's Degree or higher in Technology, Finance, Operations / Business Management fields
•    Certifications in project management disciplines and techniques (PMP, Lean-Agile, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred
•    Certification in Enterprise ERP or related applications desirable
