Job Summary

Project (Admin) Mgr: Performs non-technical strategic and transformational project completion for the EMEA region using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams - such as sales, finance, legal, HR and marketing - through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

 

The tasks this individual is responsible for are often non-routine and unstructured, requiring creative solutions. This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems.Interaction. This individual must work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function, and the technical team on assigned projects.

 

There may be communication with employees in other functions as required. Limited management direction is provided to employee on new projects or assignments as well as review of activities and priorities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert on team projects.To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through coaching and influencing others.

 

The role will report in to the EMEA strategy and business operation function.

 

The candidate may be based in Amsterdam, Münich or London.

Job Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in developing programs and processes that directly create customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert, within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.
  • Familiarity with the basic concepts of hardware and software development
  • Solid understanding of engineering/technical, financial, sales, and marketing processes and objectives, as related to product sales and support.
  • Creative approach to problem solving.
  • Program Management training or demonstrated experience..

Education

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
