Title:  Executive Briefing Center Technology Intern

Job Summary

As an intern within NetApp’s global Executive Briefing Center (EBC) team, you will be responsible for supporting the diffusion and adoption of the briefing program across sales teams in German-speaking countries. You will leverage your acquired technical and communication skills to:

• Work with sales and solution engineer teams to identify target accounts
• Determine the best way to support sales’ objectives within the selected accounts
• Work closely with your EBC teammates to create the most effective customer experience

The briefing program consists of different themes (executive, technical, solution-oriented) which aren’t mutually exclusive and address audiences at different levels within a company. Being a global program, the EBC team members are based in Bangalore, Amsterdam, North Carolina and California. You will primarily collaborate with Amsterdam, although your role will contribute to a thriving global team.

You will gain significant in-house training to expand your knowledge of storage, data management and 3rd party technologies, as well as develop soft skills in customer care through working closely with customers and experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities Include

• Utilizing your people skills to develop relationships with account teams and help them drive their goals within their accounts
• Supporting the identification of customer needs & requirements
• Attending customer briefings to learn about areas of improvement
• Identifying – in part at least – the path to a positive customer experience using the EBC program
