NetApp is a global cloud-led, data-centric software company. Professional Services (PS) within NetApp helps customers to transform by architecting, implementing, integrating and managing NetApp solutions with a continuous improvement mindset. PS WW (World Wide) is divided in the regions America, EMEA and APAC. The EMEA region consists of 12 countries, with about 150 PS consultants. As market demand is changing due to factors including customers’ transition to Cloud. PS is anticipating and adapting itself by developing new ways of working with a refreshed portfolio to support the changing demand. The EMEA Leadership Team has developed a transition plan to transform the PS organization aiming to continue the support to our customers in the coming future. This role has been created as a part of this transition and NetApp’s market growth in general. 

As Sales Leader you will be responsible for selling NetApp’s Professional Services (PS) across EMEA. A distinction is made between the Enterprise & Commercial Accounts and Global Accounts. Each country has a mixture of the two type of accounts. Leading countries within EMEA are Germany, UK and France.  Next to those three countries we have a group of Enterprise Focused Countries consisting of Austria, Israel, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Swiss.

In this role you will work closely with the NetApp Sales, Solution Engineering and our Partner eco-system. You will manage a team of Services Account Executives, who are located in Germany, UK and France.

Key responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute the sales strategy, in alignment with NetApp’s portfolio of services.
•    Work with Marketing to design and lead demand generation campaigns as well as our PS branding in the market.
•    Achievement of services targets (both bookings as well as revenue) as described in the Services Sales Compensation Plan.
•    Work alongside partners that may be reselling NetApp services or integrating complimentary services 
•    Achievement of Gross and Contribution Margin $/% targets
•    Driving the services sales pipeline across the sales regions.
•    Collaborate effectively with Area Sales and SE Leaders to drive the territory agenda and priorities
•    Deliver accurate monthly services bookings/P&L forecast
•    Build and evolve our Partner Network, supporting NetApp’s strategy to build together a cloud led, data centric software company.
•    The Sales Leader will report to the Professional Services Leader in EMEA.
 

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience
•    12+ years demonstrated (managed or professional) services sales and account management.
•    A background in the area of data management is preferred.   
•    Experience in managing professional services sales team.
•    Strong experience with managing P&Ls, budgeting and planning is required.
•    English language is a must, multi languages is a plus, like German, French or Dutch
•    Demonstrates a strategic mindset with solid business acumen
•    Experience with working in multi-cultural teams
