Job Summary

You will be part of a team responsible for support the software suit of Netapp, including on premise or cloud base running software.
You will  support and help customers, colleagues and Field support staff.


diagnosing, troubleshooting and debugging NetApp software’s, cloud solutions or protocols. Support incidents can range from software issues on Windows / RHEL combined with our software bases on Java / Wildfly / SQL that talk towards our NetApp storage solutions.
 

Job Requirements

  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and/or ambiguous situations.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
  • Solid understanding of Storage principles
  • Overall knowledge of operating systems (RHEL/Windows/VmWare esxi)
  • Understanding of network topology as in routing and switching and firewals
  • Solid understanding of SQL (relational databases)

Education

BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
