Job Summary
The Area Marketing Manager (AMM) for Korea is responsible for collaborating across Sales and Marketing to drive strategy, planning, and execution of marketing plans aligned with the objectives for the Korea sales area. The AMM serves as the single point of contact to the Sales leadership team, owning strategic marketing, planning, project management, and execution. This role is crucial to the senior leadership of the NetApp Korea business and aims to contribute to the pipeline for the Korea business through marketing demand generation efforts, influence customer movement through the sales funnel, and drive business growth by expanding NetApp's footprint in existing customers and acquiring new customers.

Business Objectives of the Role:
- Contribute to the pipeline for the Korea business via marketing demand generation effort.
- Influence and move customers through the sales funnel using holistic marketing strategy, tactics, and execution.
- Drive business growth through product innovation and new customer acquisition.
Being Successful in The Role & Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze Korea area market opportunities and challenges; align marketing strategy with sales organization needs.
- Act as the point of contact for the sales leadership team, facilitating communication between Sales and Marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create a joint marketing plan for the area.
- Manage the budget and provide allocation guidance for the area.
- Identify marketing strategies for account penetration and new logo acquisition.
- Serve as a pivot between Sales/Field and broader Marketing functions.
- Support planning and execution of Sales plays with local Field leaders.
- Evaluate marketing efforts, drive best practices, and enhance marketing performance.
- Demonstrate impact on the business as outlined in the objectives.

- Marketing sourced opportunities and pipeline.
- Budget deployment in accordance with compliance and guidelines.
- Maintenance of the right mix of demand generation strategies.

- Strong foundation in B2B marketing principles and practices.
About This Position:
- Proximity to a NetApp office is required, with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office work.
- The role is based in Seoul, Korea.
