As a Client Executive, you are the trusted advisor at the forefront of customer transformation—driving outcomes, expanding relationships, and growing NetApp’s business through its integrated cloud, data, storage, security, and AI platform.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand customer goals, challenges, risks, and transformation priorities, and connect them to NetApp’s differentiated unified platform and solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by combining technical curiosity, business acumen, and solution expertise to guide customer transformation.
  • Demonstrate a strong hunting mentality—identifying whitespace opportunities, new workloads, emerging buyer personas, and expansion paths across your territory.Maintain disciplined sales excellence, including pipeline management and forecast accuracy, using MEDDICC‑aligned discovery and qualification.
  • Lead the orchestration of the integrated pursuit team so the customer experiences one cohesive team. Drive post‑sales handoff to Customer Success with a clear value‑realization plan tied to the original business case.
