What You'll Do
• Technical Consultation: Collaborate with sales teams and customers to provide expert technical advice on IT solutions, infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes (K8s), and applications.
• POC & Benchmarking: Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and benchmarking tests to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Solution Strategy: Guide enterprise account teams on designing and proposing tailored solutions that address customer needs.
• Customer Success: Troubleshoot and resolve technical performance issues to exceed customer satisfaction goals.
• Innovation & Collaboration: Stay ahead of IT trends (public cloud, AI, K8s) and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
• Travel Opportunities: Engage directly with customers by visiting their sites to provide hands-on technical expertise and consultation.

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in storage solutions and knowledge of emerging IT trends, including public cloud, AI, and Kubernetes (K8s).

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT, infrastructure, or solutions engineering.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
