Job Summary

We are looking for a Global and Enterprise Account Executive to drive our growth with our Spot product. Spot is one of NetApp's fastest growing businesses, servicing thousands of customers in more than 60 countries, reshaping the way enterprises consume and optimize information technology and powering the developers who are building the next generation of global industry leaders.


Spot customers include some of the most innovative enterprises and startups like Ticketmaster, Duolingo, VMWare and Demandbase to reduce the amount of human effort required to manage their Cloud infrastructure - for web applications, container workloads, big data processing, and more.


Our technology allows DevOps and Engineering teams to spend less time managing infrastructure, while better optimizing costs.

Job Requirements

  • Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and market share within the Global and Enterprise Segment
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for your territory to meet monthly, quarterly and annual bookings & revenue objectives
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account success plan
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Spot by NetApp products and services
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction


  • Minimally with 3-5+ years’ experience of B2B SaaS/Software subscriptions in a highly technical environment
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity
  • Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline generation, pipeline progression, negotiation and closing complex sales cycles.
  • Proficient understanding of cloud native technologies and their business benefits.
  • Proficient understanding of public cloud providers, their business models, and offerings.
