Job Summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you play a key role in the Sales, Marketing and Customer Support Finance team. This role will be the finance focal point for supporting WW Sales Bookings from quota setting to monthly forecasting and analysis. The role requires strong skillsets in process design, tools and systems knowledge, sales and services operations, program management, communications and overall business and financial concepts.


Essential Functions: 

This role has responsibility for a wide range of financial support and analysis tasks. It includes but is not limited to: 

  • Partnering with multiple Finance teams (Sales Finance, Customer Support Finance, Corporate Finance and BU Finance), Sales Operations and Sales Management
  • Work closely with these teams on the annual operating plan through quota setting, monthly forecasting, and actual reporting
  • Perform research, analysis and forecasting related to discounts, margins, product mix and customer mix
  • Provide financial modeling to support decision making for the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams
  • Other ad-hoc projects or activities to provide FP&A support

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills as needed to work successfully with staff and managers within and outside of function. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams. 
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote business partners. 
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities 
  • Ability to follow standard accounting and finance practices, and departmental procedures and processes. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. 
  • Hyperion skills a plus. 
  • Problem solver, an individual who demonstrates good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying them in advance, and proposing solutions
  • Work with minimal supervision, particularly when tasks are unstructured and can multi-tasks and prioritize work, and proactively anticipate and avoid financial or communication issues. 
  • Someone who is self-motivated and drives end-to-end results 
  • Is detail oriented and can prioritize work in order to meet deadlines 
  • Is not afraid of taking on new challenges 


  • 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Business finance or equivalent rolesPrior experience supporting NPI or Pricing analysis preferred
  • Experience supporting operational and business staff members required
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles required. 
  • BA or BS in business, finance or accounting or equivalent degree required. 
  • Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical tasks.
