Title: Stock Administrator

Job Summary
The Stock Plan Administrator will be responsible for the administration of our equity programs which includes RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options, and ESPP for 30+ countries as well as various other related activities. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Equity Compensation. The Stock Team is part of the Compensation organization within Human Resources.
This role can be 100% remote or hybrid (2 days in office) if within 25 miles of a NetApp office.
Job Requirements
- Maintain Equity Edge Online database to ensure the accuracy of participant information
- Day-to-day administration of the company's equity programs, including preparing and/or processing new grants, stock option exercises, terminations, and releases/vestings
- Complete quarter and year-end reconciliations, fair values and PSU goal updates in partnership with Finance, as well as assist with equity related filing requirements
- Provide reporting globally for internal teams such as Payroll, Accounting, Legal and HR
- Assist with International Compliance related to filings or reports, stay abreast of changes and address as needed
- Respond timely with excellent customer service to employees and business inquiries
- Support Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration
- Provide Employee Education webinars in partnership with E*TRADE and expand offerings
- Assist with maintaining SOX procedures and audit requests globally
- Develop and implement process improvements/best practices and automation
- Maintain policies and procedures department handbook
- Track and complete required SEC16 Form 4 filings
- Administer quarterly trading windows
- Support Proxy Statement equity related information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years in stock administration for a U.S. public company
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V or X-lookups, Sumif, formulas, etc)
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
- Advanced experience with Equity Edge Online (EEO) (Workflows, Group Reports, Scheduling)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and deadlines as well as take project ownership where appropriate
- Collaborate and partner with multiple teams internally and vendors externally
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 126,650 - 189,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
