Job Summary

As a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager, you lead and support a team of technology specialists, helping customers and partners leverage NetApp's Intelligent Data Infrastructure. You collaborate with IT architects and solutions specialists, positioning NetApp's technologies, services, and solutions to customers at different levels of responsibility. You adapt to your interlocutors, understanding their motives and motivational factors.

Job Requirements

As a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager you will:

  • Be part of the Western Europe Solutions Engineering Leadership Team
  • Be an integral member of the Nordic go-to-market Leaderhip team
  • Coach, motivate, develop your team and define common goals
  • Convince our customers of the value of NetApp Intelligent Data Infrastructure
  • Collaborate with our hyperscaler partners (AWS, Google, Microsoft) and co-manage the technical partnership
  • Be the contact person for our customers for matters relating to their digital cloud, application and data center transformation
  • Interact with our product management group and peers in other countries
  • Be responsible for employee and team development

Your Profile


• Leadership Experience: Showcase your experience leading highly qualified IT teams and working with IT managers in large companies.

• Technology Knowledge: Emphasize your understanding of data management, all-flash storage arrays, cloud services, modern container-based software landscapes, and other relevant technologies.

• Problem Solving and Technical Solutions: Highlight your ability to anticipate and identify problems, and deliver technical solutions alongside internal teams.

• Adaptability and Innovation: Showcase your quick comprehension and inventiveness in addressing new trends and technologies, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and leverage emerging technologies.

• Customer and Partner Understanding: Highlight your deep understanding of your customer base and technology partners, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.

• Team Management: Describe your experience in leading and managing high-performance teams, emphasizing your ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster collaboration, and drive results.

• Communication and Presentation Skills: Showcase your excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to create and deliver client presentations, as well as your secure communication at various levels, such as with customers, management, and employees.

•  Business fluent Swedish & English

Education

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience with 4 years as a people manager. 

• A Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required; a Graduate Degree is preferred.
