Job Summary

NetApp Inc. is seeking an intermediate-level Benefits Analyst to join its U.S. Benefits team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Benefits, this role will help to support projects for everything health, welfare, and financial.

 

If you are a meticulously detailed self-starter who enjoys taking on new projects, then this role is for you!  We’re looking for someone who has a strong appetite for change and general sense of curiosity about everything they do and see. Your ability to identify areas for process improvement and streamlining is encouraged and welcomed.

Job Requirements
  • Manage all aspects of the 401(k) and Deferred Compensation Program administration and compliance
  • Flexible Spending Account & Commuter Benefit program management
  • Student Debt Repayment program management
  • Assist with benefit portal administration
  • Process invoice and funding payments and create/maintain benefit POs for all US benefit vendors
  • Benefit event coordination and planning (e.g. Open Enrollment, flu shots/biometrics, health fairs)
  • Effectively explain plan designs and answer employee questions/escalations
  • Develop communications and strategies to enhance employees’ understanding of their benefits
  • Manage ad-hoc benefit requests & reporting for internal & external teams
  • Develop and streamline procedures for administrative tasks (including building SOPs)
Education and Experience
  • Five years of benefits experience is recommended; experience working in financial benefits (e.g. 401(k), DCP, FSA and student debt programs) is preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, Vlookup, conditional formatting)
  • Experience handling ambiguity and working under pressure
  • Ability to learn quickly and think independently
  • Exceptional time-management skills
