Job Summary

NetApp Sr. Business Systems Analysts, Sales work as part of a team that supports and enhances NetApp’s world-wide business processes and systems. You will utilize your strong technical competencies and functional business expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that meet business user requirements. To do this successfully you will work closely with cross-function teams to understand business needs, and IT development to provide automated solutions. An ability to understand business process issues and communicate technical solutions to the internal client is essential to your success in this role. Project management skills and a customer service orientation is key. You will partner with the business and act as a trusted IT/Technology advisor. 

Position will focus primarily on individual business processes and systems throughout the Service Renewals business function. 

Ensure processes are scalable and flexible to meet future business need.

Design processes that can be implemented with minimal disruption to supporting systems, and that are cost effective.

Ensure that proposed changes represent the best overall fit for the organization.

Develop and define IT requirements to support process and system changes.

Co-lead design sessions to identify gaps and opportunities.

Prepare and execute testing plans to ensure high quality results.

Job Requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; including process documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of business capabilities, processes and tools including integrations
  • Strong foundation in analysis, process and data architecture, integration and reporting
  • Strong technology background with advanced computer skills including: Microsoft Project, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Word and Access.
  • Ability to work with all levels within NetApp organization.
  • Must be able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong expertise in Campaign to Offer to Opportunity to Quote processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, Solution Architects, Technical Leads and Support Leads.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Education
  • Experience with major Sales, Marketing, CRM and Q2I platforms including: Eloqua, Marketo, SFDC, SAP C4C, InsideSales.com, Sales tools like LinkedIn Navigator and other Reporting tools
  • 10 to 12 years in a business relationship manager, business partnership or consulting role partnering and supporting the Sales function
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree required; Information Technology, or related field preferred
