Title:  Marketing Reporting Lead

Job Summary

Location; We are open to having this position based at our corporate office in Sunnyvale or one of our 2 major locations in Boulder CO, or Raleigh NC. 

Reporting Lead: The goal of the Reporting Lead is to access, interpret, analyze, and help make sense of data for NetApp Marketing leadership, program teams, and geo teams.
 
Summary:
 
The Reporting Lead will utilize dashboards, data extraction and structuring tools to deliver executive level views of marketing performance on a regular cadence. They will work with Data Stewards and Dashboard teams to provide requirements to underlying data models as well as dashboards used by all marketing teams across programs and regions.

They will perform deep-dive investigations of key gaps / issues in NetApp marketing campaigns to support the needs of the campaign, function (e.g., events, digital, content), and Geo / Field teams. These issues will span media, web, lead flow / nurture, conversion and attribution, as well as pipeline management processes across the marketing and sales funnel. The Reporting Lead will utilize hypothesis-based methods to extract data from multiple systems, structure and align the data, test hypotheses, and develop recommendations to scale the impact of data-driven marketing in NetApp.
 
Responsibilities:
- Perform program and geo-level diagnostics and review of performance
- Apply end-to-end decision analytics and data-driven services to optimize campaigns and functions
- Provide requirements to Enterprise Data and IT teams for dashboards / tools and enable adoption across NetApp programs 
- Assist in optimizing inbound and outbound digital enablement, tracking, and organic web measurement


 

Job Requirements

 
Requirements/Skills:
- Communicate complex insights and concepts with easy-to-follow, consumable, and action-oriented storylines 
- Perform root cause / decision analysis of complex data sets across the marketing funnel
- Extract, manipulate, and combine data across the funnel (media, web, marketing automation, and pipeline)
- Ability to define data and dashboard requirements for IT to implement
 

Education

Education:
MBA (in Marketing, Strategy, or related field); candidates with Bachelor’s degrees and considerable experience will be considered
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing demand generation
