Title:  Senior Global Order Fulfillment Data Analyst

Job Summary

As a NetApp Senior Global Order Fulfillment Data Analyst, you are part of a team responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle. In your role, you will focus on supporting the global Order Fulfillment team to achieve performance results and drive continuous improvement. You will handle project management responsibilities and work on cross-functional teams representing a particular area of expertise. To be successful, you will need to be extremely organized; able to multi-task in a high volume environment and manage projects; have strong communication and teambuilding skills; and be a motivated, self-starter.

Essential Functions:
- Development and implementation of KPI metrics.
- Develop and implementation of global Order Fulfillment processes.
- Development and implementation of global Order fulfillment reporting.
- Support quarter/ year revenue forecasting and reconciliation reporting.
- Delivery lead time analysis and management.
- Lead people and projects on behalf of the global Order Fulfillment team and drive process improvement. This may include representation of the Order Fulfillment group on cross-functional teams as assigned.
- Support AD HOC data and reporting to support Operations requirements.

Job Requirements

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of tools, processes, and operations planning.
- Exceptional analysis, project management, and reporting capabilities.
- Strong computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle.
- Strong computer skills including: SQL, Advanced Excel capabilities, Business Analytics Tools and Oracle. Microsoft Power BI preferred.
- Ability to work, provide leadership and influence a team of other Planners and cross-functional peers to support deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Bill of Materials knowledge.

Responsibility and Interaction:
- The tasks this individual is responsible are often unstructured and the issues addressed are less defined requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
- This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in scope requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions.

- This individual must work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function, across functions and with external parties.
- Limited supervision and direction is provided, as this individual can operate and drive results and set priorities independently.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert.
- To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through regular leadership and influencing others.


- A minimum of 8 years of experience is required; 9 to 11 years of experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree is required with a Business Management, Operations, or Operations Management Information Systems focus preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects
