Job Summary

In the role of Director and Controller of Americas Globals, you will utilize strong management and financial competencies to coordinate, administer, and control financial operations.  You will provide executive level financial support to the Americas Globals Sales leadership team.  This position reports directly to the Controller of WW Global Accounts


  • Responsible for the financial management and compliance of the Americas Global Sales organization.
  • Support the strategic planning process that leads to the development of the Americas Global annual operating plan
  • Manage the Americas Global Sales Close and Forecasting cycles including all accounting, reporting, and analytics
  • Participate in the continuous improvement and monitoring of the control environment in the field through control reviews, issue resolution, and operational metric reviews
  • Partner to construct large complex deals and master purchase agreements
  • Oversee the Global account deal review process to ensure compliance and best revenue and profitability outcomes
Job Requirements
  • Requires 15+ years related work experience
  • Ability to think and act globally
  • Track record of successful people management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interface, influence, and work with a wide variety of individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills – process oriented; highly analytical; ability to understand the details, yet see the big picture and think strategically
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with peers, management and across all levels of the organization including remote locations
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, revenue recognition, and operational controls
  • Demonstrated track record in providing financial decision support
  • Change Manager - Drive necessary changes, getting buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of high level financial analysts
  • Strong teamwork required; demonstrated success is a requirement
  • BS in Accounting, Finance or Related Field   MBA, CMA, CPA Preferred
