Job Summary

This role will be the focal point for coordinating all the financially related business processes for WWFCO, determining the requirements, process, timelines, communications and the discussion of results with the WWFCO leadership team.  Success will require significant coordination with Corporate FP&A, WW Sales Ops HQ, Geo Finance and Sales Ops, Mfg Ops, and WW Services leadership teams.  This role requires strong skillsets in process design, tools and systems knowledge, sales and services operations, program management, communications, and overall business and financial concepts.

 

Key areas of focus will include:

  • Monthly Exec Staff Business Reviews:  Determine required contents, add new templates as necessary, coordinate the timing of the deck, coordinate and lead the review meetings with WWFCO staff
  • Monthly Bookings Forecast:  Determine the meetings cadence to collect and discuss Geo level forecasts.  Review consolidated forecast with WWFCO leadership along with metrics and deal level details to provide further business intelligence.
  • Annual AOP and Goaling:  Coordinate the AOP calendar and deliverables with the X-Functional teams.  Work with the Sales and Finance leadership teams to align Geo level goals to support Company financial requirements.  Work with Geos and Sales Ops to set guidance on goaling to meet Opex and coverage requirements
  • Monthly S&OP:  Work with Sales Ops HQ, Mfg Ops, Geo leadership and Finance on the monthly S&OP consensus forecasting process.  Streamline and improve process and deliverables
  • Supervise one Financial Analyst in NB

Job Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Broad conceptual judgment, initiative and ability to deal with complex accounting issues.

- Thorough knowledge of general accounting including thorough skills knowledge plus the application of general accounting theory.

- Targeted experience in at least two areas:

- Strategic Accounting and Finance- Financial/Business Planning and Analysis

- Internal/IT Audit- Internal/External Reporting Support

- GAAP, FASB, SOP, SEC

- Financial Systems/ERP Consulting

- Ability to present ideas and concepts clearly to peers and Senior Management.

- Ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team of financial professionals and subordinate level managers.

- Must be proficient in MS word, Excel, and Power Point software programs.

- Demonstrated ability to provide direction and leadership in team roles; or by direct management oversight.

Education

Requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
