Job Summary

We are looking for a high performing, results oriented individual to join PCS BU Finance team! The Financial Analyst will support world class financial forecasting, planning, reporting & analysis. You will play a central role managing the company’s close-process for FP&A, working cross-functionally to drive process improvements that enables the team to move faster and land our company-wide financial forecast every single quarter. Strong project management skills, comfort in a fast paced, dynamic business environment, and excellent financial modeling, communication, and analytical skills are key to success in this role.

Job Requirements

Help lead annual and quarterly planning processes and project management processes within the PCS BU Finance team 
Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings 
Assist with QBR / Board reporting and continue to drive process improvement and scalability by developing repeatable business, operational and financial processes widely understood by all key stakeholders 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Economics, 0-3+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking or other financial field experience. Enterprise SaaS experience, preferred. 
Excellent financial modeling skills. 
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, experience working on Anaplan is a plus! 
Demonstrated process improvement and project management skills. 
Ability to prioritize short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives while maintaining accuracy, and hitting deadlines. 
Ability to influence cross-functionally, think holistically about business processes, and leverage personal experience to drive best-practices across the business and challenge the status quo.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced, quickly changing environment 
Ability to work cross functionally and an ability to influence at all levels within the organization 
Intellectual curiosity, fueled by a proactive approach to continuously expand one’s skillset 
Demonstrated process improvement and project management skills.
