Job Summary

The Lead Program Manager for HR Operations serves as a critical role in working and partnering with the Vice President, Total Rewards & Systems. Will be responsible for defining and executing large-scale HR operational programs including those related to Total Rewards, Systems, and People Operations.

                This Lead Program Manager will also partner within and outside the HR Operations organization working cross functionally to lead complex HR initiatives—operating at the strategic and tactical level to design optimal workflows, determine tools/systems efficiencies, ensure appropriate                    resourcing and align internal processes.

               Serves as connection point to strategic PMO (and other functions) to ensure alignment with the broader HR organization and enterprise

              Key member of the HR Operations leadership team

Job Requirements

Responsible for developing global programs and initiatives

Manages the strategic planning process for the HR Operations organization, in partnership with the Vice President, Total Rewards & Systems

Develops operational policies, processes, and capabilities within the function

Manages program-level initiatives and ensures cross-functional involvement

Partners with leaders to address continuous improvement initiatives

Executes change management process of programs and initiatives throughout HR Operations organization

Drives large scale organizational changes and transformational programs, such as organizational design for the HR Operations organization

Leads operational activities within the Total Rewards, Systems, and People Operations functions including project management, project prioritization, and budget management

 

Education

10+ years of relevant experience preferred

BS/BA or equivalent; Master’s degree/advanced certifications preferred

Proven ability to prioritize and drive multiple concurrent projects to success
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment

              Strong communication, collaboration & analytical/metric driven capabilities

               erves as the “glue” of the HR Operations organization, working through ambiguity to help the team align, focus, and deliver
