Job Summary

As a member of the Worldwide Virtual Sales team, you will support defining and executing on our key strategic programs, tooling and mechanisms for WW Virtual Sales. The role will assist with driving revenue-generating/accelerating projects, cross-sales organization growth strategies and programs, and helping to shape overall sales strategy and prioritization.
• Help drive strategic change management plans across the virtual sales organization.
• Improve upon the operating model to support growth strategies including organizational wide implementation of best practices.
• Assist in defining, landing and executing on strategic initiatives for the Virtual Sales Organization; Works to remove any operation/organizational barriers
• Collaborate with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to incubate new programs and land new initiatives for the virtual sales teams.
• Participate in the strategic objectives, vision, mission, and strategic planning of the group and provide day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors our mission and core values
• Assist in coordination, planning of, and participate in Leadership, Partner, Pipeline growth, and strategic planning meetings and retreats, as well as staff meetings
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the teams short-term and long-term fiscal performance.
• Manage capital planning and expenditures
• Provide comprehensive financial, compensation, metrics reporting, analysis and evaluation.
• Measure the business performance and create clear performance Indicators that enable the Business leaders to successfully grow the business
• Be a trusted strategic advisor/partner to the team providing valuable insights to ensure the continued success of the business
• Participate in the “Automate all Manual Virtual Sales Processes” initiative as required
• Continually look for and suggest ways to improve sales productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage 3rd party tool integrations, custom built applications, Salesforce.com and SAP projects with a focus on end user experience
• Identify Sales Enablement needs and work with NetApp University and cross functional teams to drive training and development plans across the VS org
• Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant business impact
• Assists with VS Territory planning and analysis and collaborates in quota setting, with Business owners and compensation team.

Job Requirements

• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles and develop processes at scale.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, and ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Comfortable working with Senior executives at all levels to ensure the successful execution of strategy through informed decision making
• Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in Program management, process improvement and/or operations in a sales environment.
• 5+ years’ experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate sound program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements
