Job Summary

Senior Director, Internal Enablement (Sales Enablement, Legal, HR)

  • Lead a team responsible for development & productivity, for the sales and technical communities, with a strategic focus on the design, development, implementation and delivery of all enablement activities, tools, processes, programs, and accreditations, globally.
  • Partner with Executive Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company, conduct on-going needs assessments, and roll-out targeted programs in coordination with the Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations Leadership teams.
  • Translate business needs into sales training products and programs. Consistently enhances and updates the current training programs and products.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales training products and programs such as classes, workshops, learning modules, and other job aids and materials for distribution to internal and external customers.
  • Design and implement metrics to ensure consistent evaluation and measurement of the accreditations globally
  • Often initiate collaboration & communication with all departments to ensure consistency, avoid redundancy, and that needs are met and leverage internal resources thereby ultimately, enhance training programs.
Job Requirements

Required Skills/Experience 

  • Experience leading process, and program, re-engineering, and change management skills.
  • Validated ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.
  • Experience in identifying sales enablement issues, creating robust recommendations and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
  • Executive-level presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels in the organization.
  • Validated change agent with stakeholder/client management experience.
  • Ability to adjust enablement techniques to accommodate various learning styles and leverage training, and multimedia resources to drive performance.
  • A dynamic speaker with a shown ability to get participants excited about the topics being presented.
  • Demonstrated business and technical competency.
