Job Summary

The Senior HRIS Analyst has capability to analyze process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities You will collaborate globally across departments and functions to design and implement new processes, programs, and systems to provide information across the enterprise.

In this role, you will be the primary lead of an agile, dynamic team focused on developing our next generation HR system strategy and executing on the plan to bring multiple apps and HR processes into a consolidated, cohesive experience for employees and managers globally.  You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of the HR recruit-to-retire processes, competencies with HR technology, and a proven record of managing and delivering mid-sized projects. Strong project planning, analysis, and organizational skills combined with good technical knowledge are key in this customer-focused role.

Job Requirements
  • Manage projects/process improvement, including applying communication & change management; Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities. 
  • Maintains awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service design, delivery, communication/change mgmt., and support, and applying key technologies. Examines trends systems training, materials and techniques. Participates in user group meetings / conferences.
  • Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains business team on new processes/functionality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with high initiative; self-starter, able to identify, analyze, recommend, implement/execute, and support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other HRIS Sr Analysts, Business Process Owners, HR Operations, and various IT team members to support deadlines
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines and able to prioritize per business needs
  • Must stay current with new HR technologies with ability to continually evaluate fit and feasibility against current landscape, making recommendations where appropriate, and driving projects to completion.
  • Expertise in Human Resources Processes and HCM Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors HCM Suite)
Education
  • HCM experience, with either SuccessFactors HCM Suite, Workday, Oracle Peoplesoft
  • Artificial Intelligence preferred
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment and leading Agile projects a plus
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience; 9 to 11 years of experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree is required, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex HR technology projects
