Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager of Talent Programs serves as a critical role in supporting the Vice President, Talent and is responsible for defining and executing large-scale talent programs including those related to culture, talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness
  • This leader of Talent Programs will also partner within and outside the Talent organization to lead complex Talent initiatives—operating at the strategic and tactical level to design optimal workflows, determine tools/systems efficiencies, ensure appropriate resourcing and align internal processes

Job Requirements

  • Define priorities and agenda for the Talent organization in partnership with the Talent leadership team and ensure and drive clear and consistent communication of priorities across the Talent organization; ensuring that barriers and risks to those priorities are identified early and managed effectively
  • Execute change management process of programs and initiatives throughout Talent organization and communicate and report progress to Vice President, Talent
  • Drive large scale organizational changes and transformational programs, such as organizational design for the Talent organization
  • Serve as the “glue” of the Talent organization, working through ambiguity to help the team align, focus, and deliver
  • Manage the strategic planning process for the Talent organization, in partnership with the Vice President, Talent
  • Partner with Finance on the Talent organization’s budgeting, resourcing, reporting and analysis activities
  • Partner closely with Chief of Staff, CHRO and functions relevant to the team, including Communications, PR, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Operations.
  • Travel to various site locations as needed, to help drive projects and programs to completion
  • Is a member of the leadership team
  • Experience in managing and leading global teams  
  • Experience in developing global programs and initiatives
  • Experience starting an organization and scaled it globally


  • 10+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • BS/BA or equivalent; Master’s degree/advanced certifications strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
  • Strong communication, networking & analytical skills
