Job Summary

As the Work Place Resources Site Operations Manager, you will provide leadership to the Operations group and be responsible for all aspects of facility operations and building assets maintenance. As a Program Manager, you will bring a high level of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills which will allow you to work across various business functions, departments, and disciplines and be comfortable working in a matrixed environment. This position requires someone who can build trust in difficult situations, gain buy-in and consensus from leaders across the business who have diverse opinions and drive decision-making when trade-offs may be required.

Job Requirements

Create, implement, and manage operational objectives and processes while remaining nimble & adaptable in a constantly changing environment

-Maintain overall budget responsibility

-Coordinate and allocate financial resources

-Be accountable for building operations and services through proactive program and supplier management

-Possess understanding of continuous operating, redundant electrical and cooling systems

-Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency and best practices across regions while innovating to improve effectiveness

-Drive innovation by pushing boundaries bringing strategic direction to the Facilities Operations team

-Oversee an outsourced vendor team through input from your team as well as key stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and user satisfaction

-Drive compliance to performance management requirements

-Optimize processes and systems to ensure optimal efficiencies

-Anticipate future design requirements and interfaces to improve performance

-Collect and analyze energy data and prepare monthly utility forecasts

-Develop and maintain strong functional relationships across multidisciplinary functions

Education
  • B.S. in related field or Industry related certification such as (CFM) plus 10 years’ experience in workplace operations and fast-track mission critical facilities
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience directly related to Data Center infrastructure
  • Demonstrated experience managing facility budgets
  • Experience with supplier and performance-based management focused on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
