We are seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for leveraging Spot by NetApp’s employee's experience by increasing employee's engagement and sense of belongingness and promoting a great workplace. 
 

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build a creative employee experience strategy and plan across the employee life cycle and design the employee experience framework: Welfare, Calendar/Holiday celebrations, personal and group Events, Health, and Contribution to the Community activities from planning to delivery. 
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure support is in place and that the timelines and deliverables are met. 
  • Lead all events and activities by building and maintaining key relationships across the company to ensure an excellent delivery experience. 
  • Manage the employee experience budget, while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. 
  • Responsibility for the procurement process for the Israeli site: evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality as well as ensuring that the business purchases service will best help the business achieve its goals.  

Desired Background:

  • 1-3 years of experience in leading and executing all aspects of welfare/wellbeing activities in the high-tech industry. 
  • Significant and proven experience in planning, managing, and executing small and large-scale events with great attention to details. 
  • Strong multi-tasking skills. 
  • Service-oriented person with the ability to work with multiple interfaces. 
  • Holding a positive and energetic approach. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track the details as well as “see the big picture”. 
  • Curiosity, innovation, out of the box thinking. 
  • Independent person with a hands-on approach. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - in Hebrew and in English.
