Title:  UX Designer

Job Summary

Our team of 29 UX professionals supports the work of hundreds of engineers across several products, so there is always something happening. Our company is global, and our UX team includes members in India, Israel, and the US.

We are an AI-forward UX organization and expect team members to leverage responsible AI to drive measurable outcomes. Candidates should be prepared to discuss and demonstrate how they have used AI tools or models in their past roles to improve productivity, quality, and innovation, including specific examples, quantified results, and the governance practices they followed.

We seek an experienced UX Designer to join our team and help us take our product experiences to new heights.

Job Requirements

· Minimum of 2 years designing enterprise product experiences

· An online portfolio demonstrating a range of UX design work

· Working knowledge of user-centered design processes, interaction patterns for web, and core design principles

· Experience using Figma to create low- to high-fidelity prototypes and mockups

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to contribute to day-to-day design and research work under guidance

· Ability to balance multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

· Experience in understanding the value of UX research and applying research insights to design decisions

· Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Figma Make) to support design workflows and improve productivity

· Familiarity with responsible AI usage principles and interest in continuing to learn best practices

Preferred qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience

· Experience contributing to and working within an existing design system

· Experience with complex web-based products and enterprise UX patterns

· Basic understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., CSS, React, Angular) to inform design decisions
