Job Summary

NetApp東京オフィスのマーケティング部門にてField Marketingを担当していただくポジションです。マーケティングキャンペーンを営業やプリセールスまたはパートナー企業様と一緒に新しい案件開拓のためのプランニングから実行まで最新のマーケティングプログラム(デジタルキャンペーン等)を活用していただきながら関わっていただく役割を担っていただきます。

Field Marketing Manager: Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, aligned with our Sales / SEs and NetApp Technology Partners, to generate new demand and to deliver the meaningful customer experiences at every touch point. Create world-class modern marketing programs, like digital campaigns.


The key roles are

- Field Marketing / Demand generation (event, on-line promotion, etc) フィールドマーケティング/案件開拓経験者(イベント、オンラインプロモーションなど)

- Alliance Marketing with NetApp Technology Partners 弊社パートナー企業様とのマーケティング業務経験者

- Account Base Marketing for our key customers キーになるお客様へのアカウントベースでのマーケティング活動

- Contents Marketing コンテンツマーケティング

- Sales scenario/tool creation 営業シナリオ/ツールの作成

Job Requirements

- Must have strong Marketing expertise (especially for Field marketing).

- Marketing experience in the technology industry.

- Broad understanding of NetApp's market, and our products/solutions.

- Outstanding project lead experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; especially writing skills.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams.

- Expertise in the area of communications development across all touch-point.

- Excellent program management ability from driving large virtual teams, to documenting progress and communicating results.

- Strong ability to manage/mentor other team members and/or vendors.

- Ability to influence large teams, negotiate ideas, and drive to quick decisions.

- Ability to drive design and messaging accurately throughout communications vehicles.

- Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions.

- The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert.

- To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through regular leadership and influencing others.

- Japanese language skill is Must to have to engage with partner/internal.  English lanaguge skill is Good to have to communicate with oversea members.


Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
