Job Summary

Responsible for selling the company’s consulting or other professional services (e.g., analysis, re-configuration, contract manufacturing or clinical research services/solutions, etc.); primary responsibility may include finding and generating new customers.  Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

  • Responsible for understanding mission, business, and technical requirements for NetApp customers.
  • Create a NetApp services solution that articulates methodology, technical scope and pricing, and driving deal closure.
  • As a customer facing position requires an in-depth knowledge of professional services 
  • Articulate the value proposition of NetApp professional services solutions.
  • Develop detailed solutions that includes scope of work, level of effort, financial, technical, and legal components.
  • Work with account teams, building relationships with IT executives and senior management, key decision makers, and technology influencers.


Job Requirements
  • 4-6 years -- demonstrated services sales and account management experience. 
  • Ability to liaise with customers at all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to take account ownership.
  • Good analytical capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong achievement against quota.
  • Strong competence with various tools, procedures and sales skills to accomplish goals.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
