The Partner Solutions Architect is responsible for enabling and supporting NetApp channel partners to design, position, and deliver data infrastructure solutions. You will help partners build capability, deepen technical expertise, and accelerate deal execution by translating customer requirements into scalable, secure, and differentiated NetApp solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Partner Solutions Architect, your responsibilities include:
- Actively coaching and mentoring partner & distributor technical teams on NetApp solution domains, positioning, and differentiation.
- Designing and delivering structured partner enablement activities to increase partner readiness and independence.
- Working closely with partner SEs to develop and validate comprehensive partner-led solutions.
- Partnering with field sales and channel teams on strategic opportunities to enable the partner to secure the technical win.
- Building and nurturing a strong network of technical contacts within partner organizations.
- Driving regional pipeline generation in partnership with marketing and channel teams through partner-focused initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of applicable experience in solutions architecture, technical presales, or partner enablement.
- Deep technical mastery across NetApp solution domains and expertise in current industry trends.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and enable partner pre-sales and architecture teams for long-term capability.
- Skilled in influencing partner-led technical wins by guiding partners in discovery and architecture definition.
- Strong public speaking, facilitation, and communication skills for delivering workshops and trainings.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in German and/or a West or South Slavic language (e.g., Polish, Czech, Slovak) is a strong advantage.
