Job Summary

We are looking for a collaborative, open-minded, and forward-thinking Partner Sales Leader Switzerland.
 
The strategy and growth-focused Channel Leader for Switzerland will provide operational direction and general management leadership to achieve superior levels of performance across channel & alliances business. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the company’s channel sales initiatives in the region. Primarily responsible for building and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels, and ensuring alignment with global go-to-market strategies.

You will be part of the Western Europe Partner Team, leading Partner Account Managers and Technical Partner Leads in Switzerland. Our mission is to create meaningful impact with our partners and distributors, delivering data-driven solutions to our customers and contributing to making Switzerland an even more attractive place to live and work.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive mindshare and adoption of NetApp’s Intelligent Data Infrastructure and expand our Hybrid Cloud business through strong collaboration with channel partners
  • Act as a key interface across sales, marketing, solution architecture, cloud, bid, and leadership teams
  • Develop, execute, and continuously evolve Joint Business Plans with key partners
  • Foster close alignment with the commercial sales organization to identify, develop, and support new business opportunities
  • Lead and inspire the partner team to deliver measurable impact in the Swiss market

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven success in partner engagement and ecosystem development.
  • Proven people management experience, including leading and developing high-performing partner sales teams.
  • Strong experience in Cloud Solutions sales.
  • A natural drive to work closely with partners, enabling both business continuity and long-term business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence partner preference toward NetApp and increase Share of Wallet.
  • Ability to translate NetApp Hybrid Cloud solutions into partner strategies and business outcomes.
  • Proactive mindset in identifying new personas and uncovering opportunities within partner organizations.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to connect people and build ecosystems beyond immediate teams.
  • Solid understanding of the industry landscape and partner ecosystem.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent in Swiss German and English (written and spoken), French is a plus.
