NetApp Data Fabric & Management Product Group (DFMG) is looking for New College Graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline to join the team and help us design and build management solutions used by largest enterprises and organizations in the world to simplify their interaction with the machine generated data across their complex data centers, private and public clouds. At NetApp you will solve the problems of visualizing and interacting with massive amount of data to deliver intelligent operational management, data analytics, and business insights. Knowledge of Java and cloud technologies is a big plus.

Job Requirements

Essential Functions May Include:
• Constructing data structures and algorithms for large scale software systems
• Writing or testing high quality code
• Contributing to feature definitions and designs
Skills we are looking for include:
•Proficiency in at least one programming language
•Successful completion of one or more operating system courses or related projects is preferred
•Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
•Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other engineers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards
•Proven aptitude for learning new technologies
•Familiarity of basic concepts of computer architecture, data structures and standard programming practices
•Creative and analytical approach to problem solving

Education

We are seeking candidates that are pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or an equivalent degree.
