Title:  Engineering Technician

Job Summary

Inspects and tests equipment, analyzes plans for construction and design, writes up daily reports, and carries out any other necessary tasks delegated by the supervising engineer.

Job Requirements

• Designs and builds prototypes of planned product or equipment.
• Maintains records and files of all completed engineering work.
• Runs tests on products and equipment to ensure they function properly.
• Provides suggestions for ways to improve products and equipment.
• Addresses and resolves glitches and problems with products.
• Conducts regular maintenance on products and equipment.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on own
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Asset Management
• Prior experience in Inventory Control
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Provides technical support to customers and employees.
