Job Summary

The Program Manager - Cloud Operations is responsible for program management duties related to the, purchasing, development, deployment and on-going optimization of equipment utilized in the Cloud Volumes Services business.

 

Reports to: Sr. Manager – Cloud Operations

 

Key Interfaces: Cloud Operations team, commodity managers, accounts payable, finance, SRE teams, Cloud Volumes Services PMO team, and 3rd party vendors.

Job Requirements

Specific Responsibilities

  • Fulfills Cloud Volumes Services purchase requests, while monitoring and tracking progress of purchase orders with both internal staff and vendors from shipment to invoice.
  • Identify, develop, and implement tools/metrics and process improvements to drive Cloud Volumes Services program management success.
  • Reviews and approves all Cloud Volumes Services related invoices for accuracy and completeness, including identifying and resolving issues as necessary.
  • Organizes activities, meetings (record/capture meeting notes via OneNote) and track project goals to ensure program is versatile and capable to withstand changes in priorities.
  • Maintain the Cloud Operations website.

  • Experience working across organizations to accomplish key business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Purchasing Module.
  • Development of processes.
  • Website development.
     

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Management, preferably managing warranty and support for HW equipment.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Operations Management or a related field; or equivalent experience.

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $88,560 - $124,520. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.  In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
