Are you a visionary sales leader with a proven track record in the Data industry? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Segment team in NetApp UK. Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals focused on the Enterprise Segment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored NetApp solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to align strategies and drive customer success.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive sales excellence by implementing best practices, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring effective pipeline management.
- Collaborate with channel partners and strategic alliances to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the technology industry, preferably with experience in enterprise segment sales.
- In-depth knowledge of storage, Data, AI, Hybrid Cloud solutions and technologies.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise market dynamics, customer pain points, and buying behaviors.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams, driving them towards achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
Education and Experience:
- Degree in technical or business curriculum or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within Enterprise.
- Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs
- Previous experience in enterprise software, SaaS, and/or Cloud
