Position Overview
Ready to kickstart your career in technology services and business operations? NetApp’s EMEA Managed Services Internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how a regional Managed Services business operates day to day.
You will support the team with operational, commercial, reporting, and coordination activities across delivery administration, forecasting, customer onboarding, governance, revenue tracking, renewals, pre-sales support, and process improvement. You will work and learn in a hybrid environment, gaining exposure to customer delivery, enterprise technology, and cross-functional collaboration across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project, revenue, customer onboarding, transition, and steady-state delivery tracking across active EMEA Managed Services accounts.
- Help maintain delivery trackers, action logs, customer records, internal status views, and handoff activities between pre-sales, transition, delivery, finance, and account teams.
- Assist with forecasting inputs, data quality checks, recurring reporting, and simple summaries for delivery health, customer status, risks, renewals, actions, and revenue visibility.
- Help prepare management updates, monthly delivery review materials, briefing notes, customer context summaries, and internal business review content.
- Support tracking of deal renewals, contract end dates, commercial milestones, pipeline visibility, and follow-up items with delivery, finance, and account teams.
- Maintain action logs from governance meetings and help track initiatives, risks, dependencies, overdue actions, and next steps through to closure.
- Carry out research to support pre-sales lead generation, account planning, customer opportunity reviews, reusable templates, collateral inputs, and case study material.
- Contribute to process improvement by documenting simple processes, supporting standardisation, gathering feedback, and suggesting practical ways to simplify repetitive administration.
Your Profile
- Current student, school leaver, or recent graduate in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Management, Data Analytics, or similar.
- Strong interest in technology, managed services, enterprise IT, business operations, customer delivery, or data-driven decision-making.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear notes, summaries, and action updates.
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage several small tasks or workstreams at the same time.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, trackers, presentation materials, Microsoft Office tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Analytical mindset, with an interest in spotting trends, inconsistencies, risks, or improvement opportunities.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to ask questions to understand how things work.
- Any academic, voluntary, or work experience involving research, reporting, coordination, customer communication, finance, project support, or process improvement would be beneficial.
