Job Summary

The PCS Business Systems Analyst is responsible for driving changes to the end-to-end business processes, systems, and integrations within CRM (SFDC, SAP), CPQ (SFDC, Oracle), Zuora Billing, and Oracle ERP with NetApp direct sales as well as AWS, GCP, and Azure Hyperscaler Marketplaces. This role will coordinate with the product management, process architects, IT, operations, and other NetApp functions including sales, marketing, order management, and finance to understand, analyze, and improve business processes and systems from a business standpoint.
