After many years of healthy growth, CloudCheckr was acquired by NetApp in November 2021. Now a part of the Spot by NetApp portfolio, CloudCheckr is a robust cloud management platform designed to support large, complex Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud environments at scale. A foundational solution for FinOps, CloudCheckr helps better manage and reduce cloud costs, optimize resources, improve governance, and strengthen security and compliance – for enterprises and MSPs and their customers' complex cloud estates.
Who is Instaclustr?
The acquisition of Instaclustr in May 2022 builds on a series of strategic acquisitions made by NetApp to deliver a comprehensive suite of offerings for Cloud Operations (CloudOps). Cloud Operations (CloudOps) is the set of activities, tools and processes that keep cloud native applications and underlying infrastructure operating optimally. NetApp’s CloudOps offerings complement its industry-leading multi-cloud storage infrastructure and data services and enable application owners to solve a wide range of their cloud application challenges from a single provider.
